Who you are contracting with

Qavex Technologies Private Limited is a company incorporated in India. Where these terms refer to “Qavex”, “we” or “us”, the contracting party is Qavex Technologies Private Limited. Its corporate identity number and registered office are published on this page and on the About page.

Where Qavex and a client have signed a separate agreement, statement of work or order form, that document governs the engagement and takes precedence over this page to the extent of any conflict.

Services

Qavex provides hosting and cloud infrastructure, server management, software development, SaaS products and IT consulting. The specific services, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are set out in the agreement, statement of work or order confirmation for that engagement.

Services described on this website as planned or in development are not part of any agreement until they are made generally available and ordered.

Qavex operates the HostDex brand. Hosting services ordered through HostDex are governed by the HostDex terms published on that website, not by this page.

Your responsibilities

• Providing accurate information when engaging Qavex, and keeping it current.
• Holding the rights necessary for any material, data, code or credentials you provide to us.
• Keeping your own access credentials secure, and telling us promptly if you believe they have been compromised.
• Using the services lawfully and in line with the Acceptable Use & Security policy.

Fees, invoicing and taxes

Fees are as stated in the applicable agreement, statement of work or order confirmation. Unless that document says otherwise, invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice.

Taxes are applied as required by law. The specific tax treatment applicable to each service is being confirmed with professional advice and will be stated on invoices.

Intellectual property

Each party keeps ownership of the intellectual property it held before an engagement. Ownership, licensing and any transfer of rights in work produced for a client are dealt with in the agreement for that engagement.

The content, branding and design of this website remain the property of Qavex.

Confidentiality

Information disclosed in confidence during an engagement is used only for that engagement and is not disclosed to third parties, except where disclosure is required by law or by a competent authority.

Third-party services

Some services involve software, platforms or infrastructure operated by third parties, whether chosen by Qavex or specified by the client. Those components are subject to their own terms, and Qavex does not control their availability or the changes their operators make.

Warranties and limitations

Qavex provides its services with reasonable skill and care. Beyond what is expressly agreed in writing and what applicable law requires, no warranty or service level is given — including any specific uptime figure, performance result or business outcome.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Subject to that, the extent of each party’s liability is dealt with in the agreement for the relevant engagement.

Suspension and termination

Either party may end an engagement in the manner set out in the agreement for that engagement. Qavex may suspend a service where it is being used unlawfully, where it is causing harm to others or to our infrastructure, or where payment is materially overdue — and we will tell you why.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change as services develop and as legal review completes. The version published on this page at the time of an order applies to that order, and signed agreements are not changed by an update to this page.

Governing law

Qavex Technologies Private Limited is incorporated in India and these terms are governed by Indian law. The specific courts having jurisdiction are being confirmed as part of legal review and will be stated here before this page is relied upon commercially.
